On May 22nd from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM (CET), VivaTech is hosting a free online masterclass designed exclusively for startups attending our event this June.

Made up of four modules and carried out on Inwink, it’s the perfect chance for both visiting and exhibiting startups to better prepare for VivaTech and learn how to make the most out of the experience.

VivaTech 2025: What’s New & What Not to Miss

The masterclass will kick off with the VivaTech program highlights with our very own Olivia Hervy, Chief Ecosystem Officer, and Florie Cayol, Head of Startups Projects.

In this 30-minute session, they’ll discuss the highlights of VivaTech, including:

  • Top speakers & topics
  • New opportunities created for startups
  • Partners & attendees
  • Hall organization
  • Side events

Mastering the VivaTech Digital Tools

The second leg of the masterclass, led by Héloïse Leclercq, our Digital Project Manager, will dive into how to use VivaTech digital tools before and during the event.

In this session, you’ll learn how to book meetings and generate leads using the VivaTech mobile app, as well as how to use the VivaTech website to find attendees and check the program. We will also go over the partner workspace for exhibiting startups.

Maximize Your On-Site Impact

The third part of the VivaTech masterclass will go over how to make the most of your journey at VivaTech. Ruben Uzan, Event Expert, returns this year once again to lead this session and make sure startups learn everything they need to know to maximize the VivaTech experience. He will share his expert insights, as well as the top tips and tricks to make more out of your time.

Let’s look at some of the highlights of last year’s session with Ruben Uzan:

Preparation

Before stepping onto the expo floor, set specific, measurable goals. Whether it’s forming partnerships with existing clients or making press contacts, clear objectives help you stay focused and assess your progress throughout the event. Identify key individuals or groups you want to connect with in order to prepare.

Marketing and Sales

Start building momentum early. Use newsletters, social media, and press releases to let your network know what your company will be doing at VivaTech. Highlight any product launches, panels, or booth activities.

Invite prospective clients to visit your booth and don’t forget to reach back out after the event. Curious about how long you should wait or how to follow up with leads? Tune into our masterclass for more information!
